Q:  What do I need to get started?
A:  I work from photographs. Typically paper, but digital is great and more and more common these days. I like to have photos with 1 or 2 inches of “face”. The larger and clearer the photo, the better the portrait will be. I have no problem merging different photos in to one drawing.

Q:  Will my inspired portrait last?
A:  The paper I use is an acid-free, smooth bristol, much like cardstock. It should last for decades when framed and placed behind glass. Like any picture or painting, I would not recommend hanging it in the direct sunlight.

Q:  How long does it take to get an inspired portrait done?
A:  Your portrait is typically ready within a week of ordering. Delivery arrangements should be made in advance. I can either deliver or arrange a UPS shipment. If you’re in my area, you can always pick up at the studio/gallery.
